    If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 20% restock fee will be applied. Customer pays return shipping.

    We do not ship outside the USA lower 48 states.
    When you place an order, I will estimate shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on size and weight of slab or boards. Shipping is not free. Provide a phone number on your order so I can call you to discuss shipping, crating, planing and flattening your slab, or cutting something shorted to save on oversize charges.
